Motor mount R&R procedure 200

Thanks for the input. I did look around to find a few contributions to the topic, but none really suited me. The videos I saw made it seem really difficult to gain access to the engine-side mount brackets. I was taught a simpler method years ago. here's how I did it today

Remove:
Negative battery cable
Intake bellows
Idle air control and attached hoses
Bracket holding the IAC (replace the two lower bolts that hold the engine-side mount bracket)
Fan blades
Fan shroud
Belly pan
oil filter

Jack up the car and use jack stands
Use a 2x4 on the jack saddle and put it under the oil drain plug

Remove the top nuts from both of the mounts(driver's from above, passenger's from below)
Remove the three mount bracket nuts from under the crossmember

Jack up the engine far enough to slip the mount assemblies out
separate the mount from the lower brackets and install new
Put the mount assemblies back in place and put the three nuts on a few turns
Lower the engine onto the new mounts. (my experience was super easy!)
Put and tighten the nuts on the top of the mounts
With the jack still in place, install the IAC bracket
Drop the engine and tighten the 6 bolts under cross member.
Put everything else back and reset the clock

I found this method straight forward and surprisingly easy. Took about 1.5 hours
