The last head set I bought did have them included but I also ordered a valve stem seal kit from them that included the silencers. Best I remember the seal kit was really cheap. Like $10 or so. I always keep a set on hand when I do a valve adjustment. Rock auto has wholesale closeouts that a lot of times include valve seal kits
