Thank you Dave for the reply. I don't have the proper equipment so it might be time for another visit to the shop. It was blowing cold up until the end of the warm season here in WA so I'm less likely to think seals are the issue especially given the melted fuse situation which also runs the AC. I'll see what sort of diagnosis I can get. Thanks again for your input!
