Dear Habib,
Hope you're well and stay so! According to the Volvo pocket data booklet - Cars (700, 850, 900), 1991-1996, the single in-tank pump for 1995 Volvo 940s - whether turbo-equipped or normally-aspirated - has exactly the same specifications as to capacity and current draw (see p. 26).
There are different part numbers: the non-turbo pump is Volvo #9135418, the turbo pump is Volvo #9135605. The Bosch non-turbo pump is # 0 280 453 033. The Bosch turbo pump is #0 280 453 037.
I do not know why different part numbers were assigned to pumps with identical performance specifications.
The Bosch part number you cited - 69693 - is of a format that Bosch did not use for Volvo 940s. Bosch part numbers for Volvo 940s are of the format set forth above.
All this said, a Bosch pump for a '95 940 turbo will fit into and perform the same as a Bosch pump for a '95 940 non-turbo.
See this site's FAQs for a "how to" as to fuel pump replacement. I'd add only that the large-diameter fuel filler rubber hose should be removed completely to provide room to insert the fuel tank send unit, once the new pump has been installed. Not removing the fuel filler hose - not hard to do - means a struggle to insert the fuel tank send unit.
Hope this helps.
Yours faithfully,
Spook
