Starting fluid didn't help. Also unplugging and replugging the ecu didn't help. The scenario seems to be that it will fire for half a second first thing in the morning and then will just crank after that. But later in the afternoon she'll fire right up and run fine! Temperature related? The mornings are not that cold here in NC; about 50.
