Hi Dave, Will the instructions you referred to work with my 1990 240 with LH 3.1 system? Seems like it talks about newer models. I get a no codes 1-1-1 with probe in socket 2. Will this type diagnostic unit work in test mode 3, and go through the sequential tests you mention? My Haynes manual doesn't mention that capability, just the basic use of flashing codes. The car still fires for a second first thing in the morning, but after that nothing but cranking from then on. Chris
