164 carburetor- Strom

The fuel comes from an opening above and left of the carburetor throat. One drawing calls it “float chamber seat”. The other calls it “float chamber vent (alternative)”. Both are from Haynes manuals-the first for 164, the second a carb manual for Weber, Stromberg and SU, respectively.
