122s with a B20 E and a 32/36 DGEV Weber carb 120-130

Hi Derek...The car idles fine and runs fine... I can go up a hill in 4 th gear with no problem in fact it will pick up speed a it climbs,, But I make a u turn at the top of the hill after a gradual climb of approx 1/2 mile and go back down the hill gearing down to 2 nd and 3 rd gear to save the brakes,, reach the bottom and stop at the stop sign and begin to climb another hill and the car starts missing and barely running .. I can floor the gas pedal and it will begin to run ok again... This sometimes happens again when I take my foot off the gas at highway speed ... I have tried to set the electric choke but for some reason when I loosen the 3 screws and turn, the butter fly valve goes about 1/3 open as opposed to straight up and down .. Maybe the spring is too weak or something
