I would take the low tech approach first. Leaks are not always coming from where they may appear to be. Torque the pan bolts to 44 in-lb, then spray it down with some cleaner and hose it off. It may all be from a loose pan, I retorque mine about once a year, or whenever I start to see signs of a leak.
