hianders- found your suggestion about a t5 trans to replace the disappearing m47s interesting. who makes the t5 and how adaptable is it really? if you could get one at a reasonable price i would think the adapting and modifying it to work would be big $$$.custome welding usually sends one to the cleaners. 3 points concern me : driveshaft modication, custom adapters to mate the trans to the bell and crossmember support member mods. what think you? thanks tons oldduke
