You supposedly can get them out of a 2 door if the front seats are removed. Other than that the only way is out the back.

The co-owner of RC imports in San Diego showed me the quickest way to remove the back glass. He just got in the back seat and gave the glass a flat footed kick right at the top and it just popped right out. No one believes me but I tried it 10+ times in the pick and pull and never broke one before I tried it on my 240, that one didn't break either ;-)

Edit: He did say that your foot had to be dead on flat, no toe kicks.
