I lived in Portland in 1990-91. Last there in 2008. Still seemed pretty good then but I know it has tanked recently…
Try living here on the East Coast. Best thing about being here in the NE is that least we are not 120 and burning up every summer. Maybe you should try Venezuela or Mexico??? Nah, relax just kidding…:) Finland is right up your alley. Too close to Putin for my taste though!!
