| Another photo of the 240 after the accident. Impact with the bus was at an angle and somewhat offset. No intrusion into the passenger compartment at all. Quite impressive for a 22 year old car that was over ten years in production at the time. |

| Just restored and re-roaded. Owned since '71. Former daily driver and comp car. B20, 4.88:1, 164 interior, round gauge cluster (custom fab), soon to have OD (obviously!). Painted Volvo 164 #103 Wine Red, in and out. |

| My Mom and I were on the way to visit a relative in a nursing home. A careless individual pulled out ahead of us after appearing first to park. Mom swerved to avoid the car, hit a patch of ice, went into the oncoming lane and hit a stationary city bus at 35 mph or so. We walked away. Had the car four months and it had only 57k on the clock. |

| This is Sophia after saving my life. She probably saved me and the idiot who was passing three vehicles on a 2 lane road in a no passing zone, reduced speed zone, on a hill, at an intersection. I barely avoided head on and did a 360 degree flat spin. |
