| This is the pressure line going to the wastegate actuator. About six inches long. Note the tear which is impossible to see without removing the hose. Also note, I think this hose is supposed to be fiber reinforced. The one shown here is likely COTS vacuum hose.
The symptoms included sudden power loss during turbo acceleration. I would have to pull over and shut the car down to get it running good again. |
