NOTE |
I repacked my wheel bearings less than 1k miles ago and did not see any damage on the wheel bearing race (right term). However, I've been hearing a slight rumbling. On removing the hub, I noticed gouging at the 6 O'clock position, as shown this photo. The inner and outer bearings have no blemishes, but the inner bearing was stuck to the axle. |

Using foil duct tape, which is pretty amazingly good stuff - perhaps not for this application but... |

NOTE |
With the tail light assemblies and my masking removed, I noticed more of what might be splitting in body panels. Thought I had this masked off though. So would not guess water would get in here. |

NOTE |
The lack of this special reflector (or whatever it is) is the only difference I can find between the very expensive Bosch US tail light assembly and the non-US Bosch assembly. Perhaps technically not correct. But really? Have to pay at least twice as much to get this? |

Not sure what this is or if it could actually allow water into the trunk. |

I noticed this and cannot help but wonder if this could be a crack allowing water into the trunk? It is located above the tail light assembly. |

As indicated, there was some puddled water where indicated and signs of water along the seam right of the tail light hole. |
