Geartronic or Automatic on 2.5T

Hello,

I am looking at a new V70 2.5T. The car is offered with various options including a chioce of two automatic transmissions. Standard equipment is the regular automatic, optional is the Geartronic. I know the sales speal on the Geartronic and don't give a damn about that. What I want to know is the opinion on which trans is likely to be the most reliable? Does anyone know who makes the different trans? I know the Geartronic is the only option for the T5, but we all know that doesn't necessarily make it the better of the two.

I have a 91-745 and a 97-855. I want to make sure this next addition to the fleet is a keeper. The 91 and 97 have been outstanding cars.
