Car won't start--help! 850 1993

Good morning:

I haven't driven the car since Friday when all seemed well. This morning I attempted to start the car and it won't turn over--all the lights/bells/whistles work just fine. I have gas (well, the car does anyway), it just won't complete the start cycle. I just had it tuned up a few weeks ago, oil change etc.

Now I have to figure out how to get the car out of the garage and down the VERY narrow alley so I can have it towed to the shop.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
