Why is my caliper piston not compressing? 850 1996

Pop open the bleeder screw and see if you can compress it that way. If it does then you have a restriction in the line and if you cannot then you more than likely have a seized piston. If you do it would be the first one I've seen on an 850, but I am in sunny California.
