Get into the parts catalogs for your year V70, and then you have a choice between collision and mechanical catalogs. You want collision, and then browse through the various sections until you find tailgate hardware. The nice thing about the site is you can look at a blowup illustration that labels all the little trim pieces involved in the tailgate and pick what you need. The parts I got were genuine Volvo, and were very reasonable including shipping.

A word of advice, by some clips for the tailgate carpet panel, because the little ones on the top break when you pop the panel off.
