greetings one and all,
i am new to this format of getting some advice/help,and welcome anyone who can help solve my problem. The orange triangular warning light on my dashboard that signifies sensor problems stays on all the time. The car still starts but runs roughly.I had the readout from my computer done at the shop and the mechanic said that all of the sensors seem to be working fine although intermittently. He reset them but within a few seconds they were once agin out of whack. Someone at the parts desk said that it couldn be a problem with a wire that goes over the transmission and has to be connected (I think a kind of bypass)??? while someone else said it was the main sensor that had to be replaced. I have about 300,000k's on the car and have changed the timing belt and plugs, filters, thermostat etc. If anyone could give me some hints on this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance
