Get your transmission FLUSHED with full synthetic...I have a 99 V70 and the transmission shifts noticeably smoother on synthetic.

Most of the "Zip Lube"-type places can do a flush...they use a machine that pumps out ALL the old fluid as it pumps new fluid in...works great.
