What's important to you?

We'll replace our current 940 with the end of life 1998 V90 (renamed from 960 for this last model year) - get RWD along with 850-style amenities and the inline 6cyl. that's in the S80. Quite probably the last Volvo I'll buy as they have decided to make grotesquely overstyled cars....antithetical to my values; I'd be embarrassed to be seen in one.

In the meantime, I'll enjoy the now limited-edition 98-00 period S70 for quite a while. Better looking than anything they're making today, with a few exquisite curves yet maintaining that distinctive, simple Volvo shape, now abandoned as they follow the herd. (Maybe they'll come to their senses by the time I reach 250K miles and make a car I'd buy.)
