Push on trip odo rest button
turn key to on, do not start
wait 5 - 10 seconds
service light flashes
turn key off
stop pushing button.

There are OBD II converters available starting at about $100.00 - $150.00. They convert the signal levels so you PC/Laptop can perform many functions.
