Should have started a new thread. Replace the motor, the brushes are probably worn completely out.

The SRS light is on??? Did you unplug the dash air bag by mistake? Pulling a fuse will not cause it to come on. Time to schedule an oil change at the dealer and ask him to pull the SRS codes and reset it.
