Are you riding on stock height springs and stock tires? I ask because I've seen similar issues where it was the top of the sway bar end link hitting the inside of the wheel well on the subframe or the end link hitting the bottom of the strut spring seat.

I would really carefully check for wear on all painted metal surfaces in the front wheel wells with the tires off. Something making a racket like that will be leaving a mark somewhere.

Does this happen with the wheel turned full, or going in a straight line?
