You can usually go to a place like autozone and they have a scanner that they can check your car out with. I usually buy a gallon of washer fluid when I do this so you don't take full advantage of them. Sometimes these places even have OBDII scanners that are cheap enough that you can buy and never have to worry about having too much washer fluid :) they range from 50-500 dollars!
