The spec sheet for 1998 C70 does not have offset values. But they list 3 different tire sizes:

7 x 17 inch, 5-spoke alloy wheels 205/45/17 Pirelli P-Zero tires

18 x 7.5 inch BBS® alloy wheels 225/40/18 P-Zero tires

16 x 6.5 inch, 12 spoke alloy wheels 225/50/16 All-season tires
