Actually now that I'm reading through Victor's entire FAQ's and description of symptoms it is almost a textbook case of a bad ABS module! I'm going to disconnect it and send it to Victor for rebuilding - the odds of all the same symptoms resulting from a different issue are slim to none - enough to convince me - I'll post the results once I get mine back.
