I received the replacement lens and replaced it this weekend. It took a little time to figure out all the fasteners that had to be removed but eventually I was able to get the front plastic assembly pulled out enough to get at the headlight clips. I had a little trouble getting the rubber gasket material to stay in place while placing the headlight lens but did finally get it all in place. I was very careful not touch the silver material as instructed. The local Volvo dealer did replace the fog lens several months back and did not replace the plastic fastners above the radiator. I found some new plastic fastners and replaced them as well as the rivets in the wheel well. If I need to do this again it will go much easier as I've discovered all the nuances.

Total cost was less than $100. The local Volvo dealer wanted $402 for the headlight and $150 for labor......
