center tail light V70-XC70

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. My "bulb out" light comes on when I step on brakes.
V70 1999. I check tail lights and they both work. But the accident light in top center of hatch does not come on. Could that cause " bulb out" light to come on. and were do I get one
