Hi All,

I have a '98 S70 with 130 K miles. Recently, it has been using more fuel, and having black smoke come from the tailpipe. I'm thinking that the problem is the fuel pressure regulator. Does this sound right? Also, where is the FPR on this model and how hard is it to change?
