A warning on IPD Swaybar Installation 850

In attempting to install the front IPD Swaybar on my 850, I ran into a nasty problem that will be expensive to correct. There are 5 bolts holding the steering pack to the subframe and the bolts are splined so you can loosen the nut without turning the bolt.

Four nuts came off easily, the 5th resisted and when I applied more pressure, the spline on the bolt stripped! Consequently, there is no way to secure the bolt for nut removal, so now I will have to take it to a shop to have the bolt air chisled out. In retrospect, when I encountered the increased resistance on the 5th nut, I should have soaked it with PB Blaster and waited a while, but I didn't know about the relatively weak spline design.

There was no comment or warning about this in the IPD instructions. Just thought this might be useful info for anyone else planning a similar project.
