'new' s70

I am looking at a '98 S70 GLT with 53,000 miles on it. The dealer (I have purchased 2 Volvos from this dealer) wants $7000 and is currently replacing the AC compressor. The car drives and handles very, very well. I have searched the archives, but really couldn't find that much on pros/cons of a S70. I have a 245 with >200,000 mi and an 850 turbo with 83,000 mi. I love both of the cars, particularly the 245. Is this a good deal or should I run from the S70.
