oil leak from head V70-XC70 1998

I have a leak coming from the center top of the head. It is located in a nickel sized hole in the center of the head looking from the front just off to the right of the oil fill.. The hole fills up and spills into the waffeling of the head. Does anyone have a remedy for this problem and what that hole is called??
