AC drain clogged? 850 1993

On the muggiest day of the year, the air conditioner sounds like a gurgling stream when the fan is on. You can actually hear water. Is there a drain hose clogged and if so how would I get to it and unclog it? There is also a slight scraping sound in the AC fan when I turn left. I'd appreciate any advice.
