Sunroof & locks not working after battery went dead S80 2000

After my battery died, my sunroof and power locks (when using the switch) are no longer working. The locks lock with the key - but nothing when the button is pushed. The sun roof does nothing when the button is pushed. Is there some sort of reset procedure or something?
