850 Acceleration problems after fuel injector getting cleaned out. 850 1996

A few days ago I did some work on my 850. The cooling fan needed to be changed so I replaced that with a new one. During the process I broke the nipple on top of the engine. It is a black plastic piece that has several vacuum hoses going to and from it. I replaced that with a new one from the dealer and hooked all of the hoses back up. I also replaced the upper and lower radiator hoses while I was doing the fan. After everything got put back together I took the car to my local repair shop for a routine fuel injector cleaning, fuel filter replacement and radiator flush and fill. The last couple days my wife and I have noticed that the acceleration from a stop is lacking. Sometimes it takes a second for the car to get going. Yesterday I had a small opening to cross a couple lanes of traffic at a light so I put the pedal down and it hesitated for an instant. It never did this before I had this work done. In the last 6 months or so I have replaced the spark plugs, cap and rotor, and wires with good quality replacement parts from IPD and it has run very well. I'm not sure what is going on. One other thing that I need to do and this may be the problem is the check engine light is on and I need to get it to my mechanic to have the code read. I know that is probably the answer to my long question, but if anybody has any advice for me I would really appreciate it. I want this car to be running perfectly because we have a baby boy arriving on Wednesday. Thanks in advance.

Justin
