Front Bearing Hub replacement S70 1998

After 113K I needed to replace the driver's side front bearing. The disk rotor, however, does not fit as snugly around the replacement hub as did the original one. Is this common and not a problem? Or does the stablity of rotor somehow depend on this snugness?
