Instrument Dash Lights S70 1998

I was wondering if it is possible to change the bulbs in the Dash as well as other controls (Windows, Heating/Cooling, etc.) to have a color other than the stock color of green? Is there a way to access the bulbs that lights up the gauges easily and change it? Any help would be awesome!
