Help for VW Beetle friend

A friend of mine with a 2001 Beetle says the dealer wants $250 to change spark plugs on her car (LOL). I told her I will help her and we'll do it for $20. Does anyone know a similar forum to this for VW's... or know if there are any tricks to changing the plugs on these compact cars?
