I hope you won't kick me off, but I thought you BB'ers might not mind, cause the V-70 site gets so little traffic. Anyway,
Tonite I tried to diagnose why the right side front running light is out (the bulb out indicator on the dash is lit). I switched left and right, just to see and apparently, cause I checked it with my meter too, no juice is getting to that prong on the connector. The turn signals work fine, but not the other filament in the bulb. I don't have a wiring diagram and frankly, trying to trace that wire is a little out of my league, especially without some help.
Is there some means that you can recommend tracing the(I think grey) wire back to it's connection with the other side.
Just to be sure the connector wasn't the problem, I probed the incoming wires, and just as I said, there's power in the turn signal feed, but none in the running light wire. For the heck of it, I changed the bulb too. Any suggestions.
