Rough Ideling 850 1994

Ok this is a mind bender. My volvo (not turbo 2.4 5 cyl) has been ideling rough. It appears that one of the plugs, 1st from passenger side is not functioning. I tried the following:
1. replaced the spark plug
2. replaced the fuel imjector
3. checked all wiring and voltage to bot the plug and Injector
4. new air filter
5. cleaned the throtle body
6. fire trap replaced
7. compression test

with NO LUCK. the code 232 is diplayed, but I have a feeling it is because the combustion is not occuring in this one. When I disconnect the other plugs, I can hear and feel the difference. This one as if it is not working.\

Any suggestions???
