stupid oil pan won't come out S80

Trying to change the seals in the oil pan (for the oil pumo pickup) and can't get the pan out of the car. Its loose, its off, just can't get it past the subframe or transmission. Tried jacking up the motor/trans, and tried lowering it too....at my wits end....

Anyone know the trick?
