Brake flush 2001 V70 XC V70-XC70

Anyone have info on performing a brake flush? I have the motive power bleeder which fits the brake reservoir. I assume the procedure is pretty straight forward. But, how much volume needs to be flushed from each caliper, and what pressure should I flush at? Specific recommendations regarding fluid?

Any advice would be appreciated. I have done a clutch and brake flush on my Passat with the power bleeder but have not done the XC yet.
