Request for Volvo TSB 2-23-0059 / drive cycle instructions / re-set OBDII system 850 1996

I need to re-set the readiness codes on my 1996 850 wagon. Does anyone have a copy of the information contained in Volvo's Technical Service Bulletin TSB 2-23-0059 and/or 2-23-0056? One or both of these TSB's should contain drive cycle instructions to reset the OBDII system readiness flags.

Any other tricks to get the OBDII system's readiness monitors to re-set would be appreciated. Getting this system ready for a smog test has proven to be a very frustrating process! Many thanks.
