blower motor drawing to much current 850 1994

My 94 needed a new blower motor(too noisy) so I put a new one in last summer. It was from EEuroparts, and had the cage attached. So far so good, so last week the check engine light came on, and I got a 411 code- Blower motor is frozen or drawing too much current. My question is that the motor is not frozen, it seems to work fine, but what else could be going on?

Anyone else had this? Should I just replace the motor and cage again? Should I leave it since it seems to work? It runs and does not seem to be binding or noisy.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
