New fuel pump??? 850

Before I go and buy a $400 fuel pump, I want to run the following by you fellow bricksters and see if I need the fuel pump insert, or a complete fuel pump. It appears that the pump is leaking around the open vent and not the wiring. Also, if anyone knows a good source for this pump I am open to suggestions. I have tried to post a picture of the top of my fuel pump after a fill up, but if you can't see it then I have the link:
