wipers on headlights 850

hi i bought a 95 850 it has the wiper blades on the headlights the hose is disconnected by the spray nozzle because the nipple broke off the previous owner said. do i need to buy the whole arm or the plastic cover or what i am confused. also what is the common cause for them not to spray
