Water pouring onto passenger floor 850 1997

My '97 850 is draining water down onto the passenger floor from underneath the dash. I took the knee cover off from below the glove box, and I noticed a white, plastic reservoir (or cover?) that was very cold and moist. I don't know if the white plastic is simply a cover or a water reservoir of some kind, but when I'm driving and make a sharp left turn, I hear water swishing around, and then a stream of water pours out from around the white plastic right onto the floor. It happens regardless of whether the A/C is on or not. The water only pours out when I make these sharp turns. Does anyone know what's going on here?
