The victim is my mom's 1999 V70 XC. A few questions:

1. Should I even bother getting the ETM cleaned and the thingy upgraded or go right to replacment?

2. Will this car be safe to drive 50 miles? My mom complained of engine shaking or something.

3. Is there anyway to complain and get a discount of somekind? Where can this be done the cheapest? Thanks.
